Kano Pillars will have to accept the heavy sanctions imposed on the club after the Nigeria Football Federation Appeals Committee rejected their protest.
The committee met via Zoom on Friday and decided that the original punishment would remain unchanged.
Sai Masu Gida had challenged the decision to dock them three points and three goals, but the appeal was unsuccessful.
The sanctions were handed down by the Nigeria Premier Football League following crowd trouble at the Sani Abacha Stadium during a first-round fixture against Shooting Stars.
Match officials were assaulted during the disturbances, which the NPFL described as serious regulatory breaches.
In addition to the points and goals deduction, the club was fined N9.5 million.
The NPFL also ordered the indefinite closure of the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
With the appeal now exhausted, Pillars must focus on recovering from the setback on the pitch as the season continues.
